Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

King of Mountain Ipoh 2010

Date: 10th October 2010, Sunday

Time: 7.30am

Venue: Balai Bomba, Simpang Pulai
Distance: 54km one way, from Simpang Pulai to Blue Valley
Registration Fees: RM50
*The track is well equipped with water station, broom wagon and traffic police escort. Participants will be given a round neck “T” and some goodies from fellow sponsors.*
*2 water stations – 1st: Halfway; 2nd: End of the ride; Lunch will be provided to ALL finishers*
*Please Bank-In registration fee to Public Bank Acc. (4597-4203-20 = Mr. Wong Swee Song) and fax your Registration Form and Bank-In Slip to: 605-506 2588
*The Cut-Off time is 12.30pm*

Medal: Finisher medal within 5 hours (Other than outstanding awards for the top 5 riders of both categories)
