Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Starting Time: 7.30am (10km), 7.45am (7km)

A-Secondary School Boys (13 years - 15 years) = 7km
B-Secondary School Girls (13 years - 15 years) = 7km
C-Men Junior (16 years - 17 years) = 7km
D-Women Junior (16 years - 17 years) = 7km
E-Men Open (18 years - 34 years) = 10km
F-Women Open (18 years - 34 years) = 10km
M1 (Male 35 years - 44 years) = 10km
M2 (Male 45 years - 54 years) = 10km
M3 (Male 55 years - 64 years) = 7km
M4 (Male 65 years - 74 years) = 7km
M5 (Male 75 years & above) = 7km
F1 (Female 35 years - 44 years) = 10km
F2 (Female 45 years - 54 years) = 10km
F3 (Female 55 years - 64 years) = 7km
F4 (Female 65 years - 74 years) = 7km
F5 (Female 75 years & above) = 7km

Registration Fees:
Normal Rate Entry Fee: (1/9/2010 - 15/11/2010)
Categories A,B,C,D - RM10
Categories E, F, M1 to M5 & F1 to F5 - RM 20

Late Rate Entry Fee: (16/11/2010 - 25/11/2010)
Categories A,B,C,D - RM15
Categories E, F, M1 to M5 & F1 to F5 - RM 25

Award:
Finisher Medals will be awarded as follows:
Top 30 - For Categories M4, M5, F4 & F5
Top 50 - For Categories A, B, C, D, M3 & F3
Top 70 - For Categories F1 & F2
Top 100 - For Categories E, F, M1, M2
Certificate - Certificates of completion will be issue to all competitors at the finish line.
