Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Kuala Lumpur Rat Race 2011

The Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® has long been regarded as a special event amongst corporate Malaysia, evident in its 12th year running since we first started the Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® back in 2000. This year’s Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® is scheduled for Tuesday, September 20th.
This year’s Race will also have 20 beneficiaries, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Charitable organisations interested in being one of the selected beneficiaries may apply by downloading this form and submitting it back to us by July 1st.
The Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® is supported by Yayasan Bursa Malaysia, the foundation arm of Bursa Malaysia. The Federal Territory Amateur Athletics Association (FTAAA) provides technical support.

CEO RACE:-
- Participant MUST be C-level executive (i.e. CEO / Managing Director / Executive Director / Chairman / General Manager or of equivalent level).
- Companies may send in two (2) participants to run in the CEO Race, provided that at least one participant is female.
- This category is complimentary for companies who have already sent in team(s) in the Mixed/Open/Seniors Categories for Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® 2011.

MAIN RACE - OPEN CATEGORY:-
- Each team in the Open Category MUST consist of at least 4 male runners.
- No. of runners per team must be 5 people.
- All runners MUST be employees of the participating company.

MAIN RACE – MIXED CATEGORY:-
- Each team in the Mixed Category MUST consist of at least 2 female runners.
- No. of runners per team must be 5 people.
- All runners MUST be employees of the participating company.

MAIN RACE – SENIORS CATEGORY:-
- All runners in the Seniors Category MUST be at least 35 years old for ladies and at least 45 years old for men.
- Team(s) can consist of either a mixture of both male and female runners, or runners of the same gender.
- No. of runners per team must be 5 people.
- All runners MUST be employees of the participating company.

TEAM SPIRIT:-
- Open to all companies that are participating in the Rat Race.
- Max number of cheerleaders in a team is 10 people.
- Cheerleaders cannot be runners taking part in the Race.
- The duration of the cheer must not exceed 3 minutes.
- Cheerleaders MUST be employees of the participating company.
