Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Date: 3th July 2011, Sunday

Venue: Indera Mulia Stadium Ipoh, Perak

Flag-Off Time: 6.45am

Distance: 21km, 10km, 7km & 5km

Category:

21km:-

A - Men's Open International (18 years & above)

B - Women's Open International (18 years & above)

C - Men's Veteran Open (40 years &above)

10km:-

D - Men's Open (13 years & above)

E - Women's Open (13 years & above)

F - Men's Senior Veteran Open (50 years & above)

G - Women Veteran (35 years & above)

7km:-

H - Men's Open (16 - 18 years old)

J - Women's Open 916 - 18 years old)

5km:-

K - Men's Junior Open (13 - 15 years old)

L - Women's Junior Open (13 - 15 years old)

Registration Fee:

Category A & B = RM20 / US$8

Category C = RM15 / US$5

Category D, E, F & G = RM10 / US$3

Category H & J = RM7 / US$2

Category K& L = RM5 / US$1.50

Race Prize:

Cash Prize: For top 12 finisher's in respective categories.

Medal: Will be awarded to particiapnts as allocated for each category:-

Category A & D - Top 200 finsher's only.

Category C, E, H, J, K & L - Top 150 finisher's only.

Category B, F & G - Top 100 finisher's only.

Certificate: will be awarded who complete:-

- 21km within 120mins

- 10km within 80mins

- 7km within 50 mins

- 5km within 40 mins

*The maximum number of certificate of participation that will be awarded are 1500 for 21km, 1500 for 10km, 2000 for 7km, 1500 for 5km.*
