Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Live Great Run 2012

At Great Eastern, we are committed to help you achieve your intentions to live healthier, better and longer for the ones who matter most. Which is why we introduced the Live Great Programme, a holistic Health & Wellness programme, which includes events like Live Great Run 2012. Whether you are a passionate runner or someone who runs for fun, the Live Great Run 2012 offers you the opportunity to bond with your family and friends in a fun and healthy manner.

Date: 4th November 2012, Sunday
Venue: Menara Matrade, Kuala Lumpur
Flag-Off Time: 7am
Distance: 3km & 12km
12km Route: Some challenges in the 12km Run to make it more interesting, just like life. There will be two challenges for you to go through (see diagrams below). While we would love for you to have fun and enjoy the run, please watch out for your own safety and the safety of other runners.

3km: This is a great way for you and a family member to enjoy a day of fun while getting some exercise in. So pair up with your husband, wife, child or parents for the fun-filled 3km Run. Just make sure the height difference between you and your partner is not more than 1 foot, for safety reason.

A - Men's Open (18 years old & above) -12km
B - Men's Juniro Veteran (40 - 49 years old) - 12km
C - Men's Senior Veteran (50 years old & above) - 12km
D - Women's Open (18 years old & above) -12km
E - Women's Junior Veteran (34 - 44 years old) -12km
F - Women's SeniorVeteran (45 years old & above) - 12km
G - 3km Family Run

Entry Fee:
Early Bird (01/08/2012 to 30/08/2012):
12km = RM40
3km = RM40 per pair

Normal Period (31/08/2012 to 30/09/2012):
12km = RM45
3km = RM45 per pair

Live Great Members (01/08/2012 to 31/09/2012):
12km = RM40
3km = RM40 per pair
