- Men 16 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 years old & above

- Women 16-34, 35 years old & above

Sprint Triathlon: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run

- Women 16-39, 40 years old & above

- Women 16-34, 35 years old & above

Entry Fee:

Long Distance Triathlon:

Individual = RM190

Relay Team = RM330 per team

*must consist of minimum 2 members and not more than 3.*

 

Sprint Triathlon:

Individual = RM100
