Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Adination LSD 2012 Series 1/6

Date : 25th March 2012, Sunday Start Time : 6.15am
Route : Bkt Aman - Sri Hartamas - Bkt Aman
Distance : 9.66km X 2 = 19.32km
Water Station : 5km at Stadium Hoki and 10km at Petronas Hartamas.

How to Register?
Registration is FOC! Just come to bkt aman on sunday morning run wit the adiNation group, after completed your run. Get a stamp on your adiNation passport. New member are welcome to join too.

Collect aNR Points on Passports port and get discount on adidas products. Get an aNR running vest free after taking part in six aNR LSD Run. Breakfast for registered runners. It's a preparation for adidas KOTR.

Run with the support of a trainers, run in a group, create small pockets of runners under a sub trainers to marshal the slow & beginners.

We will get professional to give talk on marathon preparation, we have running clinic. What’s more come up with some ideas.
