Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Vietnam International Triathlon 2010

This unique triathlon kicks off on the palm-fringed sands of stunning Cua Dai Beach then winds its way into tropical hinterland which is home to many of the country’s major historical treasures, including the ancient World Heritage town of Hoi An.

Date: 11th September 2010 (Saturday) & 12th September 2010 (Sunday)

Venue: Cua Dai Beach, Hoi An, Vietnam

Starting Time: 2pm (Olympic Triathlon), 3pm (Sprint Duathlon)

Category: Men & Women Open

Sprint Duathlon (Saturday)

3km Run, 10km Bike
Individual & Relay Team

Kids Aquathlon(Saturday)
200m Swim, 1.5km Run

Olympic Distance Triathlon (Saturday)
1.5km Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
Individual & Relay Team

Vietnam Heritage Ride (Sunday)

Join a 55km or 110km training ride from Hoi An to My Son Valley
- Triathlon Relays can be made of 2 or 3 people.
- Aquathlon Relays are made of 2 people.
- Participants in the Olympic Distance Triathlon must be 18 yrs old or older (on race day)
- Participants in the Sprint Duathlon must be 12 yrs old or older (on race day).
- Participants in the Kids Aquathlon must be between 7 and 14 yrs old (on race day).

Registration Fee:
•Olympic Distance Individual (USD 125)
(Must be 18 yrs old & above on race day)
•Sprint Duathlon Individual (USD 70)
(Must be 12 yrs old & above on race day)
•Kids Aquathlon (USD 35)
(Must be between 7&14 yrs old on race day)
•Olympic Distance Relay (USD 225)
(Must be 16 yrs old & above on race day)
•Sprint Duathlon Relay (USD 120)
(Must be 12 yrs old & above on race day)
•Vietnam Heritage Ride (USD 55)
(Must be 16 yrs old & above on race day)

Race Prizes:
Age Group Athletes
Top 3 males and top 3 females (Olympic Distance Triathlon) from each age group will receive a special, locally hand-crafted treasure, along with prizes sponsored by The Fit Bar
Top 3 male and top 3 females (Sprint Duathlon) from each category will receive a special, locally hand-crafted treasure, along with a gift, compliments of Le Fruit

Kids Aquathlon
Top 3 boys and top 3 girls from each age group will receive a trophy, along with a gift, sponsored by Exotissimo.
