Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Cari Runners Merdeka Day Fun Run 2010


Date : 31st August 2010, Tuesday
Starting Time : 7:30am Sharp.
Start/End Point : Padang Merbok, KL.

Normal 01/07-31/07/2010 - rm25

Counter registration: Bukit Aman Car Park(near public toilet) every Sunday (8:30am-10am).
*T-Shirt for All Participant.
*Finisher Certificate for All Finisher.
Limited Finisher Medals will be awarded to the top 10 runners each category.

Refreshment Station:
There will be refreshment station located at 5km for 10km run & 2.5km for 5km run.

Breakfast / Group Photographs:
Light food and refreshments will be served after the race. Please throw all rubbish into the garbage bags provided to facilitate cleaning up process. Do keep the park clean at all time and LITTERING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you wish to have group photographs taken, kindly ask our cameraman on duty for assistance.

Parking:
Public parking is available around the park, we have security volunteers but advisable not put valuable item inside your car.

Public Toilet:
20 cents per entry (Open @ 7am)

Check Points:
Due to numerous shortcuts available along the route, there will be checkpoints along the way, to ensure a fair competition for every participant. Marshalls in charge will ensure everyone run the correct route.

Waiver Clause:
The participants hereby agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the race, participants are entering the competition absolutely at their own risk and shall not hold the organizer responsibility for any accident, injury, death, loss of property and whatsoever caused before, during and after the race.

Collection of T-Shirt and Bib:
Collection of T-shirt and Bid will be available 1 week before the race day. Participants shall collect their t-shirts and bib numbers before the reporting time on race day. Please take note that t-shirts and bib numbers will not be distributed after 7.00am on Race day. Those runners without bib will be disqualified. The race will be flagged off at 7:30am sharp, thus your punctuality will be much appreciated.
T-shirt size are not allowed to change once you confirm the size (Pls take note that we only order for the exact quantity of the T-shirt).

- Please indicate your t-shirt size for every member during registration!!!
- Please be informed that the size of the t-shirt are Asian size!!
