The Club would be organizing a LSD (aka Long Slow Distance) run, the details as follows:

When?
Sunday, 3 October 2010 - starting from as early as 6.30 am

Where?
Carpark Bukit Aman, Taman Tasik Perdana, Kuala Lumpur

What?
LSD Run with a minimum distance of 20 km - from Bukit Aman to Hartamas

Why?
To promote long distance running ie. > 10 km

How?
Runners would run the LSD by themselves according to your preferred / targeted timing - no official flag-off, solo or group run in short, you dictate your run.

Details?
Water stations would provide isotonic drinks for runners at two (2) points located at :-
Point # 1 - near bus stop at Government Complex @ Jalan Duta
Point # 2 - near Petronas petrol station @ Hartamas
Water stations at both points would be operating from 6.35 am until 8.30 am.
