Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Gunung Nuang Ultra 2014

Date: 2nd March 2013, Sunday
Venue: Gunung Nuang, Pengsun Hulu Langat, Selangor, Malaysia
Starting Time: 6.30am
Duration: 12 hours (6.30am - 6.30pm)
Distance: 10km per loop (5km in & 5km out)
Entry Fee:
Early Bird (1/10/2013 till 31/12/2013) = RM130

Early Bird (1/01/2014 till 15/01/2014) = RM150

Rules:
- Complete minimum 5 loops x 10km = 50km within cut off time to claim Finisher Tee & Medal.
- The Winners who cover the long distance as winner in 2013 Men with 90km, Women 70km

Mandatory Gear:
- Hydration Bag or Water Bottle or Water Belt (Compulsory)
- Headlamp x1 for 6am to 8am (Compulsory)

Runners Entitlement:
- Finishing Tee (Minimum complete with 50km)
- Finisher Medal (Minimum complete with 50km)
- Food & Refreshment
