Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

The Shape NIght Run 2013

Date: 7th September 2013, Saturday
Venue: Complex Perbadanan Putrajaya, Precinct 3, Putrajaya
Starting Time: 8.00pm (Competitive Run), 8.20pm (Fun Run)
Categoty & Distance:
A - Men Open (18 years old & above) - 12km
B - Women Open (18 years old & above) - 12km
C - Men Junior Veteran (40 - 49 years old) - 12km
D - Men Senior Veteran (50 years old & above) - 12km
E - Women Veteran (40 years old & above) - 12km
F - Fun Run (18 years & above) - 5km

Registration Fees:
Rm50 for Compatitive Run
Rm40 for Fun Run
*The Shape Night Run is open to all female Malaysians, Singaporeans, foreigners with Malaysia PR status and expatriates with a Malaysian work permit, aged 18 and above.*

Category C - First 100th finishers only.
Category D & E - First 120th finishers only
Finisher Certificate for all runners complete the run, (Include fun run category)
*Timing-Chip System is used for all the competitive run*
*Goodie Bags worth RM300 will be given out after the run*
