Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Malaysian Women Marathon 2013

Date: 7th Aprl 2013, Sunday
Venue: I City, Shah Alam, Selangor
Flag-Off Time: 4.30am (Full Marathon), 5.30am (half Marathon), 7am (8km)
Distance: 42.195km / Full Marathon, 21.1km / Half Marathon, 8km / Fun Run

Women Open (18 to 39 years old)
Women Veteran (40 years old & above)
Couple Category (for 2 persons)

Half Marathon:
Women Open (16 to 39 years old)
Women Veteran (40 years old & above)
Couple Category (for 2 persons)

8km Fun Run:
Women Open (16 to 39 years old)
Women Veteran (40 years old & above)

*Couple Category - The couple category is open for women who would like a pacer who are either their husbands or their personal trainer (pacer) not being a female to run with them. She will have to register two registration under her name where her bib will be issued in a pair. There will be timing chip for both runners in this category. The male is also entitled to the race benefit other than winning prizes. They may stand a chance to win other consolidation prizes.*
