Placing Medal:

Individual -  1st to 5th placing medals for winners in the Men's University, Women's University, Men's Open and Women's Open category.

Team - 1st to 3rd placing medals for winners in the Men's Team and Mixed Team category.

Media - 1st to 3rd placing medals for winners in the Media category.


TOP UNIVERSITY : Points are tabulated based on the total number of University students who take part in the entire series irrespective of whether they race 1,2 or 3 races including team relay racers. Valid Student Cards must be produced upon registration. Please see below for points table used for tabulation.

BEST UNIVERSITY : Points are tabulated based on accumulated points from University students who race in all 3 legs of the Malakoff University Duathlon Series (must take part in all three races - MUDS UPNM, MUDS UM and MUDS UPM to be eligible). Valid Student Cards must be produced upon registration. Please see below for points table used for tabulation.

Points are awarded at the end of each leg of the Malakoff University Duathlon Series according to the chart below:
1st - 400pts
2nd - 360pts
3rd - 330pts
4th - 310pts
5th - 300pts


Powerbar University Duathlete of the year Award

All Malaysian participants competing in the University Category of all 3 legs of the Malakoff University Duathlon Series are eligible/entitled for the above award.


A challenge trophy will be awarded to the Powerbar Men's University Duathlete of the year and the Powerbar Women's University Duathlete of the year.


Runners Entitlement:
- All finishing participants will get a “Certificate of Participation”
- T-shirt
