Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Singapore Biathlon 2012

The Singapore Biathlon, the largest and most competitive biathlon in Southeast Asia, is an annual event organised by SAFRA National Service Association and Republic of Singapore Navy. This event consists of an Olympic-standard 1.5km swim followed by a 10km run.
The event started in 2001 to introduce endurance challenges to Singaporeans and has attracted a large following since.

Whether you're a youth at 15 or a veteran at 40, Southeast Asia's largest swim-run event promises to challenge the limits of your endurance.

A - Men's Open (15 years and above)
B - Women's Open (15 years and above)
C - Men's Master (40 years and above)
D - Women's Master (40 years and above)
E - Dads for Life Father & Children Relay ( Child must between 7 to 16 years old)
Distance:
Category A to D: 1.5km (Swim), 10km (Run)
Category E: 200mm (Swim), 800m (Run)
