Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Putrajaya Charity Fun Run 2012

Da-Bayou is a voluntary group, comprised of UNITEN Preparatory Program for Excellent Students (PPES 2011/12) students, working with a motive to raise the level of awareness towards the Orang Asli community in Malaysia. Our main objective is to improve the lives of Orang Asli in Kampung Rasau, Tapah, Perak, Malaysia. The strategy involves urging the public to provide a sustainable support towards this community, and attracting the NGOs to participate in adopting the villages.
In order to carry out our planned activities, we need to have enough funds. Then, we thought why not let people have fun while raising funds? And thats how we came out with the idea of having a fun run, where people can have fun and contribute for a good cause at the same time. Therefore, we sincerely hope that on behalf of the Orang Asli community, you would give us as much support as possible by joining our charity fun run.

Venue: Universiti Tanaga Nasional, Putrajaya Campus, Putrajaya
Starting Time: 7.30am to 12.00noon
Distance: 6km
Category: Student Category & Open Category
Entry Fee: RM8 (Student), RM15 (Open)

Registration Info:
- Please complete the registration form and submit along with registration fees.
- Cash is the only accepted means of payment.

Race Prize:

- 80 medals and certificates of placement will be given out to top 20 winners of each category.

- A total of RM6,000 of vouchers from 2XU (Key Power Malaysia) @ The Gardens, MidValley will be given out to top 10 winners of each category.

- A total of 40 Celebrity Fitness 7-days-trials will be given out to top 10 winners of each category.

- Top 3 winners of each category will receive additional prizes.

Runners Entitlement:

Certificates - will be awarded to each participant upon completion of the race.
Goodie bags - will be given out to 800 participants! Goodies include RM50 sponsored vouchers from 2XU, sponsored Jacob's biscuits, Massimo buns, Mineral water, etc
