Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Ipoh International Run 2010

Date: 18th July 2010, Sunday
Venue: Indera Mulia Stadium, Ipoh, Perak
Starting Time: 6.45am (21km), 6.55am (10km), 7.05am (7km & 5km)
Category: 21km, 10km, 7km, 5km
Prizes:
- Cash Prizes for Tthe First 20 Winners of each category.
- Finisher Medals be award to participants as allocated for each category.
- Certificate of Participants will award to participants who complete:
a) 21km in 2 hours.
b) 10km in 1 hour.
c) 7km in 50 mins.
d) 5km in 40 mins.
*The MAXIMUM number of certificate of participants is 1,500 for each category.*

    the time limit for the 10km is 80 minutes not 1 hour. anyway, do u have the direct link for the online registration? I can't seem to find it. Thanx
