Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Saloman X-TRAIL RUN 2009, TTDI, KUALA LUMPUR

Get ready for the SALOMON X-Trail Run 2009 - held for the first time in Malaysia @ Taman Lembah Kiara, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. With two distances, a 4km distance for those who are new to off-road running, or just wanting to have a fun time in the trails; and a 10km distance for those who want a bit more pain - the run is set to be a great morning out in the hills of the well-known Bukit Kiara.

Date: 6 Dec 2009
Venue: Car Park, Taman Lembah Kiara, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, KL
Time: 8am
Distance: 10km & 4km
Fees: RM60

Entry fee includes – a dri-fit Salomon T-shirt upon race kit collection & a Salomon waist pouch upon race finish. Water and isotonic provided at drink stations along the course

Prizes:
The top three for each category will receive placing trophies. They will also receive the following:
1st Place (all categories) - RM1000 worth of Sponsors prizes
2nd Place (all categories) - RM700 worth of Sponsors prizes
3rd Place (all categories) - RM500 worth of Sponsors prizes

Finisher Medal: no
