Burden Run - The Rope Edition 2014

Date: 17th May 2014, Saturday
Venue: Sport Science Stadium, University Malaya,
Race Starting Time: 7.00am
Distance: 10.2km
Race Illustration:
- 4.5km run
- Pick up the rope at rope station (5-6kg for men / 3-4kg for women)
- Run with the sandbag for remaining 5.7km
- Enter the Stadium
- Cross finishing line and collect your medal and t-shirt
- Return the sandbag at deposit counter if you don't wish to bring back the sandbag
