~ 1 laps of 50km course

~ Duo race are run in a team of two.

~ Open Category (For Male only and mixed gender team)

C - 50km Solo:

~ 1 laps of 50km course

D - 25km run:

~ 1 laps of 25km course

~ Age Categories

E - 10km run:

~ 1 laps of 10km course
