Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

Relay Of Life 2010 Penang

Relay For Life – is a campaign to raise awareness of cancer and to raise funds for the National Cancer Society of Malaysia, Penang Branch - especially for its Hospice at Home programme.

The culmination of Relay for Life will take place in June, in Taman Perbandaran (Penang's Youth Park). It is a fantastic event!
It lasts for 16 hours, from around 6.00pm on Saturday evening to 10.00am on Sunday morning. Teams 'relay' round the track throughout this time (team members can take it in turns) to symbolise the on-going fight against cancer.
There are special ceremonies during this time, and of course an official opening and closing. And the whole event is conducted in a carnival-like atmosphere, with games, entertainment, food, spot prizes, and an assortment of other activities to keep participants and their families happy.
