Greetings

Welcome to the world..eer..still to be call a 'world' maybe..just a small network among few of us who are bunch of newbies, weirdo's, professional..mm..what ever u like to call it! Team members including a cockroaches, fatdog, a clam(lala), a father of two who always saying some unexpected funny words & with his trademark quote..'nandieyohhhhhh'! and an old man..well..just a piece of shitttt whose favourites is 'mat salleh herbal tea' & ya..'what is life without herbal tea'! hehehhh! And of course..there are those weirdo's who never show up yet but im sure will be inserted soon enough!

Hopefully everyone would be logging in and write up some stories from time to time, from now on.

City Day Relay 2010

Running Route Map

Date : 31st January 2010
Location : Bukit Jalil Sports Complex
Reporting Time : Registration starts as early as 6.00am (late comers will not be entertained)
Flag off time : 7.00a.m.
Distance of Relay : 3kms per runner (total 9kms)
No of Participants : 3 (three) runners per team
Entry Fees : KLAVA Members : RM10.00 per participant/RM30.00 per team
Non-KLAVA Member : RM20.00 per participant / RM60.00 per team

Award :
- Top 3 winners (teams) in all categories (except School Boys, School Girls and OKU) will receive :
o 3rd Placing : RM400.00
o 2nd Placing : RM600.00
o CHAMPION : RM1,000.00
- Placement Medals for position 4th till 20th
- Participation Medals for rest of the participants

Payment :
Confirmation of participation is upon receiving of fully completed registration forms and full payment of fees. Please deposit all payment to KL Association of Veteran Athletes (PAVKL),
Standard Chartered Bank Account No : 312-1-4356985-4 and scan/fax a copy of the bank in slip
