6.15pm still no sight of others so thought of wanna go back liao because of extreme tiredness but finally all shown up. So the run begin & the pace was very fast but almost pancit near the last 1km. Had to stop for a while to recover my breath again(wanna die liao). Luckily still managed to grasped one medal!! I think i enjoyed the herbal tea that night more than the run!!

kr#1 - 21'00++ (48th)
kr#4 - 25'09" (76th)
kr#7 - 28'32" (no medal)
kr4 & kr1 - Medal time
kr7 & kr4 - cinya happy look (even no medal for kr7)
