Being a good citizens, we donated some of our savings(eventhough not a lot) to this Spastic Charity Run for the disables, held at Dataran Merdeka on 8-11-2009. Not many serious runners are participating in this event, due to no finishing medal, I guess. Come on guys/gals out there..!...Be like us...! These people need a bit of our sweat(money)...eventhough they do not beg...you will know when you participating in this morning event...
Well lets talk about the running experience, we managed to enjoy ourselves in there after the run with free nasi lemak, cucumber juice, mineral water, milo and some buns. Certs are given to all finishing participants...Non of us punctured, luckily...or else...u know what i mean..hehe.....Even old men ran very fast in this event...Wonder why!..I guess they have 'ngoi sam'....good heart, in order to make this event successful...We managed to get a good sweat out of this event, weather are good too...There are some serious runners too and they managed to grab all the first top 5 medals(one of them is our ahemhem... kr1,good job and thumb up to u!!!)...really have to knock their head for stealing the medals from the disables ...haha...Just kidding...All participants(fresh,pro,casual,fun,kacau kacau type,see leng lui type,chau pun type,etc) are equally important in this event in order to make it meaningful yet successful..cheers to all members...I can't believe you guys really have 'ngoi sam'..heheha!...Well done!Well done!!!...We are all looking forward to participate more in such meaningful events for the coming future..Cheers!
