Admiral New Balance 5km Run 2009 - Result

Distance: 5km
Time: 6.30pm
Medal: Top 80 each categories
6.15pm still no sight of others so thought of wanna go back liao because of extreme tiredness but finally all shown up. So the run begin & the pace was very fast but almost pancit near the last 1km. Had to stop for a while to recover my breath again(wanna die liao). Luckily still managed to grasped one medal!! I think i enjoyed the herbal tea that night more than the run!!

Penang Bridge International Marathon Result 2009
This is my first trial run on full marathon, even thought this year i had participated in many half marathon events but there's a huge differences between FM and HM. (well..at least the hard works pay off) In this event, it was a good experience for me to test my determination, insistency, stamina, physical. Well..it did for sure, to the kao kao lat limit.
As far as i enjoyed the run, the overall environment was good, and thumps up to the Penang State Government & organizers. And a big kudos to all my members whose completed their first HM event. This is a big achievement and great encouragement for all of us....Finally, we're waiting for PBIM 2010........(see who's the unlucky one lah next year!)LOL

NB Klang Pacers Run4it 2009 - Result

'Life's is not a failure if you failed, life's a failure if you do not participate'. So everyone's a winner for participated in the run & congrat to all for the hard work & on top of that, added another medal tally!! Congratulations all!!
The run was ok, except for some smoke coming fr some buses, inhale few more breath also can pengsan! Also no killing & KNN uphill run but the funny thing was the water station, isn't it located too close to each other, funny ehh!!
O..one more thing leh..i guess everybody was overtaken by one veteran aunty ho??paiseh paiseh...must train & run harder!!LOL.
So next on..Penang(FOOD) here we come!!

4km Spastic Charity Run(Dataran Merdeka,KL) - Result
Being a good citizens, we donated some of our savings(eventhough not a lot) to this Spastic Charity Run for the disables, held at Dataran Merdeka on 8-11-2009. Not many serious runners are participating in this event, due to no finishing medal, I guess. Come on guys/gals out there..!...Be like us...! These people need a bit of our sweat(money)...eventhough they do not beg...you will know when you participating in this morning event...
Well lets talk about the running experience, we managed to enjoy ourselves in there after the run with free nasi lemak, cucumber juice, mineral water, milo and some buns. Certs are given to all finishing participants...Non of us punctured, luckily...or else...u know what i mean..hehe.....Even old men ran very fast in this event...Wonder why!..I guess they have 'ngoi sam'....good heart, in order to make this event successful...We managed to get a good sweat out of this event, weather are good too...There are some serious runners too and they managed to grab all the first top 5 medals(one of them is our ahemhem... kr1,good job and thumb up to u!!!)...really have to knock their head for stealing the medals from the disables ...haha...Just kidding...All participants(fresh,pro,casual,fun,kacau kacau type,see leng lui type,chau pun type,etc) are equally important in this event in order to make it meaningful yet successful..cheers to all members...I can't believe you guys really have 'ngoi sam'..heheha!...Well done!Well done!!!...We are all looking forward to participate more in such meaningful events for the coming future..Cheers!
